We are always looking for Quality Assurances to jointly develop the CoffeeHR brand to many big customers.
As a Quality Assurance at CoffeeHR, you will:
➢ Control, hit The price complies with the project implementation process
➢ Build quality metrics
➢ Measuring quality criteria and assessing customer satisfaction;
➢ Control risks during project implementation;
➢ Proposing handling plans for projects and individuals that violate compliance with the implementation process
project declaration;
➢ Train and guide the departments to follow the correct procedures
We look for Quality Assurance:
➢ University graduate or higher in one of the majors: Information technology, electricity
Telecommunications, Economics, Commerce (faculties with relevant majors: Information, Management)
Human Resources, Application Software) at prestigious universities at home and abroad.
Experience:
➢ Minimum 1 year of management experience in related field.
➢ Experienced in process control, internal assessment, operational improvement.
Professional competence:
➢ Ability to write and manage documents (policies, procedures, regulations, guidelines, etc.) is a plus
position
➢ Able to handle new tasks well.
➢ Ability to contribute ideas to develop regulations, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines
service.
➢ Ability to self-study to improve professional capacity.
➢ Have the ability to be creative.
➢ Attitude: High team spirit, dedicated & passionate about work, frank, open.
➢ Skills: Good communication, confident presentation in front of crowds, effective teamwork
