With many years of experience in the field of human resource management software, having consulted and implemented many projects for large enterprises, experienced in handling complex HR problems, along with a responsible working attitude and professionalism, CoffeeHR has been trusted and selected by Openway as the implementation unit.

Unlike other successful customers, the Openway project is considered a difficult project, but the two sides have overcome difficulties together to achieve impressive results:

- The first difficulty is the change in deployment method from the traditional model (waterfall) to the new deployment model of Cloud (Scrum & Agile). Immediately after signing the contract, the two parties must work together daily on real software, forming continuous loops (Spins) to set-up, complete and transfer the software to users.

- The second difficulty is the standardization of data and processes before uploading to the software. In fact, many Openway processes had been operating for a long time but had not been regularly reviewed, optimized and updated. As a result, the project implementation time was extended by more than 5 days compared to the original 2-week implementation plan, and CoffeeHR's BA team also had to invest more effort in analysis and reverse consulting with Openway

- The third difficulty is the pressure to cut off the old system, switch to salary calculation and notify Payslip to employees after setting up the system. With the drastic efforts of the leaders of the two units, the efforts of the project teams of both sides, and the permanent support plan for the first 2 salary periods, the project was very successful in overcoming the concerns of customers when starting to use new software.
