2) The tasks and tasks of a Business Analyst at CoffeeHR
Participating in customer requirements surveys, analyzing business processes on human resources of customers.
Develop professional documents based on survey results.
Perform operation, test run, evaluate the suitability of the software to customer requirements.
Develop training materials and deliver software to customers.
Guide, support users to operate the system, check operating results.
Support customers in the process of operating and using the system.
3) Portrait of Business Analyst at CoffeeHR
To become a real BA at CoffeeHR, candidates need to meet the following qualifications and personality requirements:
- Graduated in: Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resource Management.
- Proficient in office.
- Knowledge of software and software implementation is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL server database management system is preferred.
- Pedagogical ability is preferred.
- Experience: more than 2 years.
- English communication.
