With the strategic orientation of developing in-depth human resource management software, OOS Software pays great attention to the human factor. As a Business Analyst, what will you do:
- Participating in large projects, surveying the current situation of human resource management of enterprises, capturing and analyzing the customer's human resource requirements and processes.
- Design business documents based on survey results.
- Transfer business, transfer solutions to the technical department of the Company.
- Receive products from inspection and testing department.
- Operate the product before handing it over to the Customer
- Design user manuals, training and delivery to customers.
- Guide and support users to operate the system after handing over.
We need Business Analysts who have:
- The candidate has the desire to become a professional BA, has the ability to learn quickly and is looking for a long-term working environment.
- You can graduate from the following majors: Information Technology, Management Informatics, Human Resource Management or not in the right major but have enough determination to pursue a career.
- Have good office computer skills, basic tools for work.
- If you have BA experience, that's fine, if not, you will be trained according to the process standards.
- Think positive, act positive and always aim for work, better results every day
